Was very please with the technician that performed the service however I was a little upset that some type of lubricant or possible freion was sprayed over a large portion of my vinyl siding and dirty finger prints were left all over the exterior unit. I did my best to wash both off with soap and water. Most of the lubricant came off but you can still see the spray marks and some finger prints.

Chris Alexander was excellent! We had three HAVC companies come out to review our problem. Chris was the first tech to explain the problem, provide options, and then fix the problem! He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk too, and most importantly...friendly. Although we could not repeat my problem totally - due to weather, I feel confident Chris provided the correct solution.
